How It Works

A child doesn't arrive.
Here's what happens next.

Every step is automatic. Each school sets its own cutoff time.

It stops the moment
  • a teacher marks the child present
  • the family says the child is out today
  • the office taps I see them
Anything else, and it keeps going.
8:2010 min before

The office gets a heads up

Attendance not finished? The office phone gets a text.

8:30Cutoff

Mom or dad gets a text

For any child not marked present and not called in absent.

8:35No answer

Then a phone call. Twice.

A minute apart, so it rings through Do Not Disturb. Works on any phone.

NextStill no answer

Emergency contacts

One at a time, in the family's order.

NextThe school

The office is told to go look

A text and a call, even to a landline.

Untilsomeone looks

It waits for a person

Until someone who can see the child closes it. A parent saying "already dropped off" isn't enough.

Who It's For

Built for the schools
the big systems ignore.

For the director who manages everything, the teacher who takes attendance, and the parent who needs to know their child arrived safely.

Annual plans billed once per year. Monthly plans billed each month. No setup fees. Pause or cancel anytime. The permanent rate lock is exclusive to pilot schools that sign up during the 2026-2027 school year. It is not a one year promotion. Pilot schools keep their rate for as long as they stay continuously subscribed, with no increases ever. Schools that sign up after the pilot group closes pay standard pricing at the rate in effect at that time. The rate lock ends permanently if the subscription is cancelled.

FAQ

Questions schools ask us.

Does this replace how we currently take attendance?

No. Teachers mark attendance each morning from any phone or browser. SafeArrive handles the rest automatically.

What if a parent already knows their child is staying home?

Parents text or call in to report an absence in advance. If we already know, no alert fires.

What if a family doesn't have a smartphone?

They get a regular phone call. No smartphone or app needed.

Can we use this for our summer camp too?

Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Summer is the most dangerous season for hot car tragedies.

Can we pause it over the summer if we don't run a camp?

Yes. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled anytime.

How is student and parent data kept private?

Data is used only to run SafeArrive alerts. It is never sold or shared. Your school's data belongs to your school.

How will parents know to expect calls from SafeArrive?

Before you go live, we help you tell your families what to expect, by email, text, or a note home. No surprises.

Do teachers need WiFi to use SafeArrive?

Teachers mark attendance from any phone or browser. WiFi, cellular data, anything with an internet connection works. Parents receive a regular text or phone call, just like any other message.

school year protected.

We are opening a limited number of pilot spots for the 2026-2027 school year. Pilot schools lock their rate permanently. Not for a year, for as long as they stay subscribed. Once the pilot group closes, this pricing is gone. First 30 days are on us.

For school staff only. To report your child absent or late, please contact your child's school directly.

For school administrators, directors, and camp organizers only.

No payment required. First 30 days free. No long-term commitment.
